I've been having the freezing issue that is mentioned in many of the forums. This just started happening recently. Now I can even get my computer to boot up. Start up repair freezes, etc. At this point I have many possible solutions
to look for, but I need to get "in" first. Please help!

Hello,
If you cannot boot into safe mode you may have corrupted files or bad hardware.
1. From the Bood CD, try chkdsk /r and if that deoes not do it try sfc /scannow.
2. If you have 2x memory sticks, try booting with one then the other
3. Remove any add-on cards and disable NIC, modem and others from BIOS then try to boot
Finally, if you have a spare disk, install the spare and install windows on the spare. If all works well then your disk drive may be defective or the disk data may be corrupted.Miguel Fra /
